Fitness Together Dana Point is looking for positive, friendly, & team oriented professional personal trainer to join our team!

Compensation and Benefits:
- Personal Trainer at Fitness Together make $50,000-$60,000 annually
- Target total pay with benefits and bonuses: $55,000-$60,000 per year
- CFSC Online Certification (Certified Functional Strength Coach) paid for by a Fitness Together
- Paid continuing education (such as summits, workshops & up to $500/year reimbursement for CEU's)
- Health insurance (50% covered up to $150/month)
- 40hrs Paid vacation (after 1st 90 days)
- 6-8 Paid holidays
- Salaried Pay (consistent & stable / paid the same regardless of performing training sessions or doing studio projects/admin)
- Individual & Team Bonuses (% of revenue goes to Team Bonus)
- No sales or marketing, we fill the schedules!
- Trainers are employed Team Members, not independent contractors
- Attend team outings (Axe throwing, sports games, beach meetups...picked and decided on as a team! :) )
- Studio is 1/2 mile from the beach!
As a Fitness Together Trainer you will...
- Design safe and effective fitness programs (using our progressive programming), accommodating the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Educate and empower clients with a clear understanding of their fitness program, helping them to stay motivated and accountable.
- Bring a positive attitude & welcoming demeanor towards all clients.
- Represent yourself professionally through your appearance, language and job performance.
- Constantly look for ways to improve your skills and grow as an expert in the field.
Full Time Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-9:15pm (with 45 minute break)
Saturday: 6:45am-3:30pm (with 45 minute break)
OFF: Fridays / Sundays
* This shift will be Part-Time / Hourly initially and built up to Full-Time (35+hrs) over the first 3 months.
Initial Part-Time Pay: $25/hr.
Position Requirements:
- Personable, timely, and organized
- Passionate & Professional
- CFSC online certification completed within the first 90 days of employment
- One year of personal training and program design experience
- Understanding of injury prevention
- Experience and success working with special populations
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (Which will be renewed every 1-2 yrs as a team)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
