Fitness Together Dana Point is looking for positive, friendly and skilled personal trainers to join our team!

We are a well established (over 20 years) and reputable private training studio who has been helping clients in our area to take back their health and gain the energy they need to do the things they love. All of our trainers are well educated, kind, motivated professionals who provide expertise in the areas of both resistance and cardiovascular training.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Personal Trainer at Fitness Together make $45,000-$60,000 annually
- Target total pay with benefits and bonuses: $55,000-$60,000 per year
- CFSC Certification (Certified Functional Strength Coach) paid for by a Fitness Together
- Paid continuing education (such summits, workshops, & up to $500/year reimbursement for CEU's)
- Health insurance (50% up to $150/month)
- 5 days paid vacation (after 1st 90 days)
- Paid for 6-8 holidays
- Paid for no shows/late cancels
- Monthly and quarterly bonuses based on key performance indicators
- No sales or marketing, we fill the schedules!
- Trainers are employees not independent contractors
- Attend team outings (Axe throwing, sports games, beach meetups,...)
- Studio is 1/2 mile from the beach!
As a Fitness Together Trainer you will...
- Design safe and effective fitness programs, accommodating the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Educate and empower clients with a clear understanding of their fitness program, helping them to stay motivated and accountable.
- Bring a positive attitude to all interactions and situations.
- Represent yourself professionally through your appearance, language and job performance.
- Constantly look for ways to improve your skills and grow as an expert in the field.
Schedules:
Full time Afternoon Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-9:00pm / Saturday 6:45am-3:00pm (*Built in 45 minute breaks)
OFF: Fridays / Sundays
Full time Morning Schedule:
Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:15pm (*Built in 45 minute breaks)
OFF: Saturdays/Sundays
Position Requirements:
- Personable, timely and organized
- CFSC completed within the first 90 days of employment
- One year of personal training and program design experience
- Understanding of injury prevention/management
- Experience and success working with special populations
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (Which will be renewed every 1-2 yrs as a team)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
